On behalf of the City of New York's Department of Small Business Services, Town Square is working to help consolidate the Sutphin Boulevard, 165th Street and Jamaica Avenue Business Improvement Districts into a single entity. The consolidated BID - a first in the history of the BID program in New York- will benefit from significant efficiencies of scale and be better positioned to support the business environment of Downtown Jamaica.
